King George Hub at the Stations is a landmark mixed use development set to anchor the rapidly evolving downtown core of Surrey, British Columbia’s second largest city. With approximately 760,000 SF of retail space and of ‘‘A’ class office space, and four residential towers totalling approximately 1,200,000 SF, King George Station stands to become a flagship development for Surrey and Metro Vancouver.

The first phase of the project is anchored by Coast Capital Savings Help Headquarters along with a 9,000 SF Coast Capital retail branch. Completed in the Fall of 2015, this iconic building has set the tone for the balance of the development.
