With the completion of Phase A in 2015, King George Hub became an iconic location for commerce through the innovative development of the Coast Capital Savings Help Headquarters. By 2017, the process of Phase B began through the addition of 738 new homes and a vibrant new world of retail and commercial opportunities. Completed in Q4 of 2021, this phase will further enhance the King George Hub experience and its collection of gathering spaces, boulevards, walkable retail, shopping, dining, services and LEED® Gold offices.
